Can I Place My Order Over The Phone?

Orders can be placed over the phone Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Central Time. If you would like to place your order over the phone please call 1-800-230-3831 and select option 2 to speak to a member of our sales staff.

When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?

We do not process payments until your order has been packaged for shipment and is ready for pickup by the shipping carrier you selected for your order. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. For information about refunds and exchanges please visit our Return Policy page.

When Will I Receive My Order?

We make every effort to ship orders out as soon as possible. Orders received before 2:00 p.m. Central Time will begin processing the same day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. will begin processing the following business day. For estimated shipping times and other information please visit our Shipping Information page.

Do You Offer Any Discounts?

Orders shipping to military addresses receive a 10% discount. Orders to former players and coaches receive a 15% discount. Discounts are only applicable to orders placed over the phone (or if shopping in person at one of our Lincoln store locations:  321 N 8th St. (Haymarket), or 70th & A (Clocktower Shopping Center).

Why Can't I Find A Product?

If you are unable to find a specific product on our site, then it is most likely out of stock. We make every effort to maintain a complete and accurate inventory on our site that is updated continually.
