Return Policy

All of our items come with a 100% money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your order*, send it back for a refund or exchange (original shipping is not refundable). Returns and exchanges are allowed for any item returned to us in resalable condition within 60 days of purchase. There is a 10% restocking fee after 45 days. "Resalable": No visible signs of wear (stains / marks, abrasions / holes / tears from usage, odor or hair) and accompanied by original tags (either attached or not attached).  

* DVD EXCEPTION to above refund / exchange policy:  A DVD or DVD box set may only be returned for refund or exchange if returned in original shrink-wrap OR in the case of a defect or fault in the DVD (or DVD box set) rendering it un-viewable / unplayable. 


To Return Your Shipment:


Package the item(s) for return and enclose the completed Returns and Exchanges Form that you can print out from the link at the bottom of this page. If you are unable to print the form, please include a brief note with your phone number and/or email address, credit card info.*, and state the reason for your return/exchange and any additional instructions or comments. A $4.95 flat rate shipping fee will be charged for exchanges.

Return shipments for exchanges will be shipped from our distribution center after original merchandise has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the credit card *(full number, expiration date, security code, and billing address) you've provided with the return. Returns and exchanges for defective merchandise will be handled on a case-by-case basis by warehouse staff.

If you wish to return / exchange an item or items purchased on-line to one of our retail stores, you must first call 1-800-230-3831 option 2 to acquire a copy of your invoice to bring to the store with your return / exchange item(s).
